What's new?  First of all thanks for checking in.  I really appreciate you stopping by.  I also want to thank everyone that has downloaded my CD's and I will do my best to keep the music flowing. 

Secondly,  I have just launched a new "play along" site for jazz.  www.playalongjazz.com.  I am in the process of building a catalog of music minus one.  We are recording these tunes as if we are making a record and not just playing background tracks for a soloist.  It's been fun for me to revisit and record the standards.  So do me a favor and go by www.playalongjazz.com and check it out.  There is something for everyone.  If you don't find a tune you want, send me a request. 

I am heading back to Europe with Steve Smith and the cats form Vital Information promoting our new release Vitalization.  Drop by the gigs page to check out our schedule and if you are around come by and say hello.  We'll be here in NYC in mid May at the Iridium.  If you need an excuse to come to NYC make it during that time if you can. 

At the end of May I'll be doing a special On 3 performance at the Mansion in Middletown New York thanks to my cousin Steve Coccia.  www.friendsofmusic.net/home.html  It's a very well known concert series that has an eclectic mix of all kinds of music.  Definitely call head and make reservations. 

On June 16^th  I am planning a trip back to DC and my old stomping grounds... Blues Alley.  www.bluesalley.com  It's been at least 4 years since I have played in DC and about 7 since I have played at Blues Alley.  I'll be there with Joel Rosenblatt (www.joelrosenblatt.com), Chris Tarry (www.christarry.com), and Chrissi Poland (www.myspace.com/chrissipoland) and special guest Marshall Keys (www.marshallkeys.com).
