Vinny's CD's

Live at the Café Japone is the culmination of performer at the cafe for almost 8 years. Through out those years I played with many great musicians there including, Pepe Gonzalez, Otrie Barrett, (who started the gig) Marshall Keys, Jon Ozment, Dan Reynolds, Charlie Young, and many others. This CD features arrangements of standards and original compositions conceived at Café. Drummer Richard Seals, bassist Cheyney Thomas and bassist Steve Zerlin, are among the musician that still perform there. I hope you enjoy listening to this CD as much as I did making it. Vinny |
 | Now and Again, Valentino doesn't hide behind reconstituted Wes Montgomery licks like so many guitarists these days. The sessions are also bolstered with special guest saxophonist Gary Bartz, who plays a prominent role on Now and Again. In fact, the CD is just as much a vehicle for the band as it is for the crafty fingerings of guitarist Valentino. "Gavin Jazz" |
 | The Distance Between Two Lines My goodness, talk about hot house jazz, that CD is smoking!!! I have a jazz program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 PM until 5 PM and there hasn't been a day to go by that I haven't featured this CD.
